Why I Love This Recipe

Packed full of flavor and made from ingredients in your pantry. This is especially good on tougher cuts of meat, like a flank and skirt steak, because the lemon juice will make them super tender.


Ingredients You'll Need

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic


Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pour marinade over meat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.
