Steak Tartar

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
2 lb of high quality filet of beef (ground or diced)
2 egg yolks
1 onion chopped fine
4 tbsp parsley chopped fine
4 tbsp capers chopped fine
4 tbsp green onions chopped fine
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp ketchup
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of paprika
Dash of cayenne
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash of cognac, brandy or sherry
Coarse sea salt (to taste)
Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
Toast or crackers
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients gently but thoroughly.
Add more seasoning and alcohol to taste.
Serve immediately in a well chilled bowl on toast or crackers.
