Ingredients You'll Need
1 can french green beans , drained
2 cans peg corn .drained
1/2 onion , chopped
1/2 c. celery , chopped
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can of cream of celery soup
almonds and chestnuts sliced/crushed to taste
Topping;
1/2 c margarine , melted
1 to 1 1/2 pkg. Ritz Crackers crushed
Directions
Mix all ingredients except topping and put into a large shallow casserole dish. In a saucepan melt butter , add crackers and almond or chestnuts and top the casserole then bake at 350 degree for 45 mins.
