Ingredients You'll Need

2 loaves of white frozen bread
3 T. cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 small boxes of cook and serve pudding (NOT INSTANT) - [either 2 butterscotch OR 1 butterscotch and 1 vanilla]
3 T. milk

Directions

1.) Thaw frozen loaves halfway (about two hours)
2.) Spray a 9x13 cake pan - cut 1 loaf of bread in 2-3 inch chunks and spread around the pan leaving open spaces.
3.) Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4.) In a pan, melt butter and add sugar and pudding. Stir constantly over medium to high heat until it's blended together and stir in 3 tablespoons of milk.
5.) Pour mixture over the bread chunks.
6.) Cut the second loaf into 2-3 inch chunks and fill the open spots.
7.) Spread plastic wrap or wax paper and lay over top. - Don't seal airtight and let raise overnight.
8.) Pull wrap off slowly and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until top is golden brown.
9.) Take out and cool for 5 minutes - then tip upside down on a cake pan.
