Stir Fried Sugar Snap Peas

Why I Love This Recipe
Got from Deb when I was Somersizing about 4 yrs ago. Still a good veggie
Ingredients You'll Need
16 ounce bag of frozen sugar snap peas
1-2 teaspoons of peanut or vegetable oil
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce (to your taste) low sodium
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions
In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sugar snap peas.
Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until peas are cooked, but still crispy.
Add soy sauce and cook an additional minute. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
Deb's notes: The original recipe called for adding 1 & 1/2 cups of bell pepper strips, red, orange and yellow. But we like it just with the peas. If you want to add the peppers, increase the amount of oil and soy sauce to accommodate them.
Don't overcook the peas. I test them as they're cooking so I know when they're done. You can toss them into the frying pan frozen
