Ingredients You'll Need
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1 box vanillia pudding
3/4 cup thawed cool whip
1/2 cups fresh strawberries (could substitute with any fruit)
optional a dusting of icing sugar
Directions
1. preheat oven 225
2. beat egg whites and tartar till soft peaks form
3. very slowly add in sugar and beat till stiff peaks form
4. spoon onto parchment paper about 12" circle
5. bake 1.5 hours
6. make vanillia pudding follow directions on box
7. spoon pudding mix onto of meringue
8. place berrries on top
9. optional a dusting of icing sugar
