Strawberry Pizza
Why I Love This Recipe
Took the best elements of a couple recipes from old cookbooks...
(one of the reciples also called for putting strawberry glaze over the strawberries, so you can go ahead and knock yourself out, but i think its incredibly icky)
Ingredients You'll Need
Crust:
2 sticks butter
2/3 C. powdered sugar
2 C. flour
Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 C. powdered sugar
1 med. container cool whip
Topping:
fresh strawberries (or any other fruit!)
Directions
mix crust ingredients until smooth and fluffy. spread on ungreased pizza pan. bake 20-25 min at 350 until light brown. cool completely. after crust is cool, mix filling ingredents and spread over crust. top with sliced fruit.
