Why I Love This Recipe
I make this every time I go to a cookout or family gathering. Its always the first thing to go. I sometimes add Kiwi fruit to this as well.
Ingredients You'll Need
Dressing
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic - minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
Salad
6 cups spinach
2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup shredded Cheddar & Monterary Jack Cheese mix
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Directions
Mix dressing ingredients in a jar and shake until well blended.
Mix salad ingredients and toss together.
Add dressing just before serving.
