Ingredients You'll Need
Green Bell Peppers, White onions, green onions, ground turkey, beef, chicken or pork. Shredded cheese cheddar or one of choice. Pepper, salt or sea salt.
Directions
Meat: Sautee meat in a skillet with canola oil and combine green onions, onions, and seasonings. Drain meat and set aside. Rinse all bell peppers and cut out the core and inner seeds. Stuff bell peppers with meat and shredded cheese. Next set inside a square pan upright and wrap foil over the top to bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Serve with Snap peas, squash, or zuchini blends for veggie lovers, or a cup of brown or white rice.
