Ingredients You'll Need
1.5 – 2 lbs of ground sausage
1 T of sage
salt
pepper
1c chopped onions
1c chopped celery
canned chicken broth
plain bread croutons
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
Directions
Sauté sausage, rinse and drain
In another pan, add 2 sticks butter, melt. Add onion, celery, salt, pepper, sage to sauté veggies.
Add Chicken broth
Add sausage..simmer for 15-25 mins.
Add croutons till moist.
Add whole egg and 1/4 c milk, mix well
bake with foil for 45 mins at 350 (or stuff in turkey)
when checking cooking, place several thin pats of butter on top to crust
