Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup almond meal
4 fresh dates, pitted, chopped
1 tbsp sultanas
1 large, ripe bananas
Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced.
Whisk cream, eggs and vanilla until smooth then stir in the almond meal.
Divide dates, sultanas and banana between 2 x 1 1/4 cup ovenproof shallow dishes and then pour over cream mixture.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden and set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
