Summer's Best Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Why I Love This Recipe
Moving down south I am unable to get Rhubarb that is worth eating and I can't even grow it here! Its such a downer to have this fabulous recipe from my Grandmother, and not be able to make it :(
Ingredients You'll Need
4 cups cut up rhubarb
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup room temp butter
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Place fruit in a 10"x 6" x 2" deep ungreased baking pan. (preferrably glass)
Sprinkle with salt
Add Sugar flour and cinnamon into a bowl and add butter.
mix until crimbly
Sprinkle over fruit
Bake 45-50 minutes
Serve warm and maybe even with ice cream.
