Ingredients You'll Need
5 lb Hamburger, Don't use too lean or it will be rubbery
1 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 cup Morten's Tender Quick
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Sage
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
Directions
Oven Temperature: 150-200°F
*Mix well by hand, cover tightly, and refrigerate 4 days
*Mix again by hand 2nd and 3rd day
*On the 4th day roll into 4 or 5 rolls
*Place on broiler pan with rack on bottom of rack of oven
*Bake at 150-200 degrees for 8 hours; turn 1/4 turn every 2 hours
