Sun-Dried Tomato & Olive Spread

Ingredients You'll Need
1 Lb.Sun-Dried Tomato (in Oil)
3/4 cup Calamata Olives- pitted
5-6 cloves Garlic
1 loaf French Bread
Olive Oil
1 pkg goat cheese or 1 lb ricotta
Directions
Mix the first three ingedients in a food processor well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Slice bread and baste with oil and toast in broiler. (both sides)
Spread cheese on toast and top with Tomato spread (room temp).
