Ingredients You'll Need
3 oz. sundried tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. cheese Tortellini, cooked
14 oz. jar artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 oz. fresh spinach, torn
DRESSING
In blender combine:
1 tsp. Oregano
1 TBS. Tomato paste
1 TBS. Basalmic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Directions
Combine all ingredients, add dressing. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with grilled, blackened, slice chicken.
