Why I Love This Recipe

*I have never followed this recipe exactly. I usually cook one half to three quarters of a box of spaghetti and I use a generous amount of hamburger...maybe 1 1/2 lbs. or so...and I always buy an extra can of soup and sauce so that I can make it "as wet" as I want . I also use A LOT of cheese...most of a 2 lb. bag. My family loves this recipe but you may have to play around with it to get it like you want it. It is a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups cooked spaghetti
3 t. salt
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 t. oregano
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup grated cheese

Cook spaghetti with 2t. salt in 5 cups of boiling water until tender: drain.
Brown hamburger in small amount of oil in skillet stirring until crumbly. Stir in remaining 1 tsp. of salt, pepper, green pepper, onion and oregano. Combine with spaghetti, tomato sauce and soup in a large bowl. Add cheese and stir well. Pour into a casserole dish for baking. Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour...or until bubbly.
