Sweet & Sour Spareribs

Sweet and Sour Spareribs can be eaten as part of your dinner or as an appetizer.
Ingredients You'll Need
10 pounds spareribs
pepper to taste
3 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
1 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1 cup Less Sodium Shoyu
2 cups pineapple juice
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
2 teaspoons cornstarch.
Directions
Brown spareribs with pepper to taste. Mix remaining ingredients except corn starch in a large pot. Add browned spareribs and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for approximately 45 minutes or until meat is soft. Cool slightly and skim off excess fat. Soften cornstarch in 1/2 cup water and add to liquid towards the end of the simmering process to slightly thicken sauce.
