Ingredients You'll Need
2 T Honey
1/2 C. Dried Cherries
1/2 C. Bulgur Wheat
1 T Dried Mint
2 T Lemon Juice
1 C. Water
Directions
1. Mix cherries and mint together
2. Bring water to a boil and add bulgur. Return to a boil and add cherry mixture and tightly cover. Let stand to steam for 10 minutes.
3. In a small dish, stir together lemon juice and honey. Drizzle over bulgur and fluff with a fork.
