Sweet chilli Salmon with cramalised peppers and onion with a side of sweet potato fries


Ingredients You'll Need

Salmon
Sweet chilli sauce
Chilli flakes
Pepper
Peppers
Onions
Sweet potato fries
Oil


Directions

1) Marinade the salmon pieces in sweet chilli sauce evenly
2) Add desired amount of chilli flakes and pepper
3) Put in a bowl or plate and cover with clingfilm
4) Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours to marinade


5) Cut sweet potato into fries or wedges
6) Drizzle a tablespoon of oil all over them
7) Add salt and pepper
8) Put on a baking tray and cook until they're golden and crisp


9) Shallow fry the salmon medium to high temp - skin side first
10) Once crisp put onto a baking tray and add more sweet chilli sauce
11) Bake in the oven until it turns golden and slightly burnt on top
