Sweet Potato Casserole

Why I Love This Recipe
I don't eat sweet potatoes at all! But my husband convinced me to taste this at a potluck dinner, and I am so glad I did. I love it, and my 14 yr old daughter does too. This is the only way she will eat them also.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lg can sweet potatoes, drained
1/3 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 stick butter
1/3 cup milk
TOPPING:
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Beat all ingredients, except for topping, together. Spray an 8x8 pan with Pam. Pour mixture into dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread evenly over top of sweet potato mixture. Bake for 35 minutes at 350.
