Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
4 1/2 cups Baby Red Potatoes, Cooked & Mashed
1/2 cup Butter, Melted
1/3 cup Milk
1 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs, Beaten
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1/3 cup Butter
1 cup Chopped Pecans (optional)
Directions
Oven Temperature: 350°F
*Preheat oven to 350; grease baking dish; In large bowl, mix together potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, milk, sugar, vanilla, and eggs
*Spread sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish
*In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and flour; cut in 1/3 cup butter until mixture is crumbly (then pour pecans, if you are using them)
*Spread topping over potatoes
*Bake 24 minutes, or until golden brown
