Sweet Potato Surprise Balls

Ingredients You'll Need
2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1/8 tsp cinnamon
6 marshmallows; large
2 c. prepared cereal crumbs
Directions
Mash sweet potatoes and mix with butter, sugar and cinnamon; shape around a marshmellow and into balls, roll in crumbs. Place on broiler grill until brown.
