Sweet Sugar Icing

There are lots of icing recipes out there! This one is perfect if you want a smooth, shiny surface that will harden enough for stacking
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. Karo syrup
2 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, pour milk over powdered sugar and mix until a paste begins to form. Add extract and syrup and mix well. If your icing is too thick (you want it to run off the spoon like a thick drizzle) add a half tsp. of milk and mix. Continue until icing reaches desired consistency.
