Sweet and Sour Brussell Sprouts

Ingredients You'll Need
1 package (10-ounce) frozen Brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon each salt and pepper
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Precook sprouts in microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl (except parmesan cheese).
4. Put sprouts in a 1½-quart casserole, pour mixture over sprouts, and blend. Sprinkle top with parmesan
cheese; bake covered for 15 minutes or so.
