Swirly Coffee Brownie Icing

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons Cocoa
1/4 cup Half And Half
2 tablespoons Margarine
Directions
Sift powdered sugar & cocoa together into small saucepan.
Add half and half & margarine.
Cook on medium heat until mixture begins to bubble. Do not boil.
Remove from heat; beat with a spoon until mixture starts to thicken to spreading consistency, about three minutes.
Spread quickly over brownies.
Let icing set before cutting
