Swiss Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients You'll Need

2 thin slices Swiss cheese
4 chicken breasts, pounded to ¼” thickness
2 tbsp. flour
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp. butter
½ cup chicken broth
¾ cup dry white wine
¼ tsp oregano


Directions

Cut cheese slices in half; place 1 half on top of chicken breast. Starting with the short end, tightly roll up cutlets and insert toothpick to keep rolled.
Combine flour and pepper in a bowl. Add cutlets and toss gently to coat.
Melt butter over medium heat. Add cutlets and cook, turning frequently until golden brown
Add broth, wine and oregano to skillet. Increase heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce is slightly thickened. 10-12 minutes.
Serve over rice.
