Why I Love This Recipe

FEATURING: Swiss chard, orange juice, berries of your choice. You can add a bit of basil if you want (optional).

A simple fruity smoothie that our kids love!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup (31g) firmly packed chard leaves with stem (approx. 1 small leaf)
1/2 medium-sized frozen sliced banana
1 cup (160g) frozen blueberries
1 cup (160g) frozen raspberries
1/8 teaspoon finely grated orange or lemon zest, plus more to taste (optional)
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger, plus more to taste (optional - I leave it out for kids)


Throw all of your ingredients into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Tweak ginger, zest, and sweetener to taste.
