TACO FILLED PEPPERS

Ingredients You'll Need
14 1/2 oz canned kidney beans drained
4 bell pepperS
1 medium tomato
2 serving(s) sargento reduced fat cheddar or mexican cheese (1/2 C)
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
4 servings ground sirloin (1 lb)
1 package taco seasoning
1 cup salsa

Instructions
In a large skillet, brown hamburger. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning, kidney beans & salsa. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Cut tops off peppers & discard. Immerse peppers in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain. Spoon about 1/2 C mean mixture in each half. Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes. Top each with a dollop of sour cream, tomatoes & cheese. Serve immediatly.
Special Notes
I have not tried this one yet, but it sounds delish. I was thinging it would be better if you added some chopped onion cooked with the burger.
