1 ½ stick · butter (3/4 cup)
1 cup · parmesean cheese grated

Directions

1. add water to pot and boil (add salt to water)

2. chop bacon into small 1/2 in pieces and place in frying pan on medium heat

3. add pasta to boiling water and cook for 8 minutes ( or your until desired texture)

4. fry bacon until brown and crispy..remove from pan onto paper towel and return pan to stove

5. there should be very little grease left in pan about 1/2 tsp at most, remove all excess...add the garlic..butter..parsley..hot pepper...stir until butter has melted...add 3/4 of the parmesan cheese and stir til mixed well add bacon bits..mix.. and let sit on very very low heat.
