Ingredients You'll Need
1 C Warm Water
2 TBS sugar
2-1/4 tsp yeast
1/4 C oil
3 C bread flour (this has also turned out fine with all purpose flour)
1-1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Pour water, sugar and yeast into bread machine. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow yeast to foam a little.
Add oil, flour and salt. Set to basic white cycle - makes one 1-1/2 pound loaf
