Taco Chicken

Ingredients You'll Need
2 ¼ lbs. cut-up chicken, skin removed
1/3 and 2 T bread crumbs
2 1/3 T diet margarine
½ pkg. Taco seasoning mix (no sugar)
Directions
Melt margarine; brush lightly on each chicken piece.
Mix breadcrumbs and seasoning mix; roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat evenly.
Place in microwave casserole (sprayed with Pam) with the thickest parts to the outside.
Microwave for about 12 min. or longer, until tender (on high).
Divide into four equal servings.
