Easy and goes quick! This is a recipe from my friend Karen that she shared with me years and years ago.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cans refried beans (16 oz)
1 pkg taco mix
8 oz sour cream
chopped green onions
shredded mozzerella and cheddar cheeses
chopped olives
chopped tomatoes
Directions
Mix taco mix with sour cream. Layer in your pan in this order: beans, taco sour cream mix, chopped onions, shredded mozerella and cheddar cheeses, chopped olives and finally chopped tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy! Very easy and make plenty...it goes fast!
