Why I Love This Recipe
A taco dip that goes good with any meal
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. ground chuck, cooked and drained.
1 pkg taco seasoning
Mix 1 small can tomato paste 6oz
1 small can El Paso 4.5 oz peppers (green chili) to taste
1 cup Beer
Shredded cheese 1 cup
Mix the above ingredients together. Add water for desired consistency. Pour into a small baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in a 350-degree oven until heated thru and cheese has melted on top (about 20 to 30 minutes).
Serve warm with nacho cheese tortilla chips.
