Why I Love This Recipe

A great healthy dinner

Ingredients You'll Need

16 oz organic lean ground chicken
3 tsp organic chili powder
8 oz. of corn
1 avocado
1 lime
5 cups spinach
4 tbsp crushed corn tortilla chips
dressing sides
1 large avocado
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 medium limes


1. combine 2 tsp chili powder and the ground chicken, cook throughly

2. while the chicken is cooking make the avocado lime dressing in a small blender

3. slice the avocado into squares and the lime into 4 slices

4. put the salad together, start with the spinach and adding the avocado, corn, chicken, dressing, and the tortilla chips

5. top each salad with the remaining chili powder and serve with lime

6 Remove the skin and seed from the avocado

7 combine the avocado, yogurt, and the lime juice in a blender

8 blend until smooth
