Note: I dumped in leftover mexican rice. It was a nice addition. Not sure what effect that would have on points.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. lean ground beef (7%)
1 large onion, chopped
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 15-oz. can pinto or great northern beans
1 15-oz. can chili beans
1 can water
2 14.5-oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 15-oz. can corn
Directions
Brown meat and onions until no pink remains in meat. Drain. Add mixes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
