Why I Love This Recipe

I found this receipe in a newspaper and changed it up a bit to fit my tastes. Now my family asks for it at least once a month. The receipe can doubled for a larger crowd. It's a great meal and side dish to any meat entree.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 small onion chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 14 oz can pinto beans
1 14 oz can kidney beans
1 14 oz can black beans
1 14 oz can corn
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 8 oz tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 package of taco seasonings
sour cream (optional)
tortilla chips (optional)


Directions

Saute onions


add ground beef and worcestershire suace and brown


add all other ingredients


bring to a boil at high heat


reduce to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes


serve with a dollop of sour cream and a side of tortilla chips for scooping
