People in Japan eat Tamagoyaki in the morning. It is also a favorite for bento boxes for lunch

Ingredients You'll Need

4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar


Directions

Mix eggs, salt, light soy sauce and sugar in a bowl.


Heat a pan at medium high temperature and add oil.


Pour a thin layer of egg mixture in the pan, gently roll into a log.


Move the rolled omelette to the side where you started to roll and


pour some more egg mixture and roll it to the other end of the pan.


rolling back and forth until the egg is used up.
