Tapenade with Black Olives

Why I Love This Recipe
Here is how you can make your own Tapenade! It´s great fun and not as expensive as it mostly is in the gourmet shops.
Ingredients You'll Need
360g Black Olives (without the stone of course :))
100-150g Anchovies
100g Kapers
2-4 Garlic Cloves
1 deci litre Olive Oil (e.g.half of it Garlic Oil and the other half regular)
Juice of one Lemon
Directions
All ingredients put in the mixer and everything mixed to a nice smooth paste.
Can be served with anything you desire... e.g. great on a toasted Ciabatta bread, or in sandwiches...
