Tasty Pumpkin Muffins

Why I Love This Recipe
I made these one day on a whim for my friends, and they have been requested ever since
Ingredients You'll Need
A little more than 2 Cups of Flour.
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
I egg {beaten}
Canned Pumpkin {I normally get the large can, and then use a little more than half. The extra can be used for other treats But you can also use get the small can and use the whole thing. }
Pumpkin pie spice
White and Brown sugar mixed {to use as topping}
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together. In a separate bowl, mix milk, oil,egg, and pumpkin. Fold into the flour, etc.
Add Pumpkin Pie spice to taste {I use about 3 teaspoons}.
Mix until well blended. {it will be a little sticky and lumpy}.
Scoop into muffin pans.
Sprinkle sugar mixture on the top of each muffin. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
