Tempting Trifle

Why I Love This Recipe
I think this recipe came from a magazine so I take little credit other than to share it for other's pleasure too. This is more of a summer desert though it is very tasty.
Ingredients You'll Need
750 ml carton custard
5 oz white chocolate, chopped
1 large jam swiss roll, sliced (can be make)
5 tbsp. Grand Marnier/orange juice (non-alcoholic for kids)
18 oz fresh raspberries
7 fl.oz double/whipping cream
white chocolate curls, decoration
icing sugar, decoration (optional)
Directions
1. Heat custard, do not boil
2. Stir in white chocolate until melted
3. Place a layer of swiss roll in dish/bowl
4. Sprinkle with chosen liquid
5. Add a layer of custard and raspberries
6. Repeat steps 3-5 ending in custard and raspberries, leaving room for cream topping
7. Whip cream and gently layer on top of final custard layer
8. Sprinkle on chocolate curls and sieve on icing sugar (if using)
9. Keep chilled until serving
