Tennessee Style Grilled Cheese
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
2 slices of really thick Texas style bread
Lots of slices of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 sliced up tomato
3 slices of red onion
3 strips of green chilies
1 small bowl of tomato soup (hot and ready)
Put half the slices of cheese on one side of bread add tomato slices, onions and green chilies.
Put the rest of the cheese on top of that and then add the last slice of bread.
Butter the top put the sandwich in hot pan butter side down.
Butter the new top
Cook to a dark brown on both sides
Cut length wise Serve with hot soup
