Teriyaki Steak Strips

Ingredients You'll Need
2 T. prepared teriyaki sauce
1 T. brown sugar
1 t. oriental sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 lean sirloin steak, (1 lb)
Directions
In medium bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic; cut steak crosswise into 1/8" thick slices.
Toss beef in teriyaki mixture; spray a large skillet with cooking spray; heat skillet over high heat until hot.
Drain beef and add to skillet.
Stir fry about 2 minutes per side.
