Texan Chili

Why I Love This Recipe
DH found this recipe on the back of a tomato paste can years ago. This is the best chili I have ever tried.
Ingredients You'll Need
¼ cup Wesson Oil
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups beef broth
1 14 ½ oz can diced tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp clear vinegar
1 tsp cumin & salt
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1 can (15 ½ oz) kidney beans
Directions
Cook first 4 ingredients until onions are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 1 to 1 ½ hours.
