I make this on Sundays. Our family time is watching Extreme Home Makeover and eating cheese dip!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 can ROTEL
1 large block processed cheese
Directions
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
melt on stove or in a crock pot.
add ROTEL. stir together until melted. serve with tortillas or tortilla chips.
Also can added cook ground beef for a heartier dip.
