Texas chocolate sheet cake

Why I Love This Recipe
This is so chocolately that it is often mistaken for a brownie - it is really decadent, and amazing with coffee ice cream!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup water
1 cup butter
1/4 c hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
frosting
1/2 c butter
6 T milk
4 T hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
1 lb powdered sugar
Directions
Boil together the water, butter, and cocoa, set aside
mix together the rest of the ingredients and add the liquid cocoa mixture, mixing well
Pour into a jellyroll pan
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
While cake is baking, prepare frosting -
Boil together the butter, milk, and cocoa.
Add powdered sugar, whisking to keep mixture smooth
Pour frosting over cake while still warm - this really makes a difference in the end result
When cooled, cut as desired :)
