4 c cabbage
1/2 c cucumber
1/2 c green onions
1/2 c salted peanuts
1/2 bell pepper
1/3 c peanut butter
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
1) in large bowl combine cabbage, cucumber, onions, peanuts, pepper
2) in small bowl mix remaining ingredients and pour dressing on sald and serve
