Ingredients You'll Need

6 ounces glass noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided
1 lb ground turkey
1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden, Lightly Dried Cilantro, Lightly Dried
1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Gourmet Garden, Garlic Stir-In Paste, Stir-In Paste
1 tablespoon fish sauce
3 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ cup dry roasted plain peanuts, chopped
2 tablespoon green onion, sliced


Directions

1-Cook noodles according to package, drain. Set aside.


2-Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add ground turkey, Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Cilantro and Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste. Cook until turkey is cooked through and crumbled, about 3 to 5 minutes, drain any excess liquid. Allow to cool.


3-Whisk remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar in a large bowl. Stir-in cooked turkey and cooked noodles. Cover. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours, or until ready to serve. Garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions.
