Thai beef steak strips

Easy thai inspired beef
Ingredients You'll Need
1 tbsp ground coriander seeds
1/3 cup erythritol
2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
1 tsp lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch ground ginger
1 thai chili, chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 lb beef (flank steak)
1/2 lb green beans
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place beef in the freezer for around 30-40 minutes
Mix coriander, erythritol, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, chili and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined
Remove steak from freezer and slice thinly across the grain.
Place steak in a sealable bowl, pour marinade over steak, and toss to coat.
Marinate for around 1 hour.
Cook beans in lightly salted water until done.
Pan fry beef for 1-2 minutes
Add beans and pan fry for another minute.
Season to taste with salt & pepper
