Thanksgiving Ham Chunks Shannon Losey's Style

Why I Love This Recipe

My Grandmother Elaine Mazur just covered the top w/ this sauce. But I think my daughter Shannon (and her X Luis) was the 1st to make it in chunks. This way is my favorite way to eat Ham!!!

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cans pineapple tidbits w/ juice
Brown sugar


Bake ham in a lil water for about 1- 1 1/2 hrs

Remove ham and cut up in kinda large chunks and return ham chunks to pan

Add about 2 cans pineapple tidbits add juice too stir in w/ ham

Sprinkle brown sugar over ham and pineapple try and cover all the ham w/ at least a lil of the brown sugar

Bake at 350 stirring once in awhile, add water if needed

Pairs Well With

Bill Fankhausers Macaroni salad and my Hawaiian beans and Thanksgiving and Easter dinners
