Why I Love This Recipe
I whipped up this aioli by grabbing everything that was in our fridge at an Airbnb to make a sauce to go with eggs that Jackson made. I totally winged it but we were both shocked at how good it is and I wrote down everything I used.
I need to figure out the right proportions and I'll update this once I do, but part of the fun is playing with it so it's slightly different every time.
We used this sauce in place of hollandaise on Eggs Benedict and low key never need hollandaise again...
Ingredients You'll Need
Trader Joe's Romesco dip
Red pepper flakes / hot sauce of choice
Mix all ingredients together. I would say 2 parts romesco dip 1 part mayo and half part of all the rest, but not set in stone. Play with it and make it yours
Pairs Well With
Eggs Benedict or any egg sandwich really
